We're Shiba Teriyaki — a Japanese teriyaki food truck proudly serving Cuyahoga Falls and the greater Cleveland area. We started with a passion for bringing authentic, fresh-grilled teriyaki to the community.
Every bowl is made to order with quality ingredients: tender grilled proteins, fluffy steamed rice, colorful mixed vegetables, and our house-made Yum Yum sauce. We also cater private events and parties — bringing the full food truck experience to you.
